# Ticto

> Connect Ticto to your Cademí: the product or offer ID and the version 2.0 JSON webhook, one per product, with the order bump sent separately.

Connect Ticto to your Cademí so each approved purchase gives the student access on its own. You need the product ID (or the offer ID) and one webhook per product pointing to Cademí. Ticto does not ask for a token.

## 1. Create the delivery in Cademí

1. In the Cademí dashboard, open **Sales > Deliveries** and add a delivery.
2. In **Select a Gateway**, pick **Ticto**.
3. In **Delivery Name**, enter a name that helps you recognize it later.
4. In **Sales Mode**, choose **One-time sale** or **Subscription**, matching the product on Ticto.
5. The **Gateway connection** section shows the **Product or Offer ID** field and the **Postback URL**.

Keep the delivery open: you come back to it in the next steps.

## 2. Find the product or offer ID

1. In the Ticto dashboard, open **Produtos** (Products) and go into the product.
2. To use a specific offer, go into the offer, inside the product.
3. Look at the page address in the browser bar. In an address like `dash.ticto.com.br/.../product/12345/offer/67890`, the number after `product/` is the product ID (12345) and the number after `offer/` is the offer ID (67890).
4. Paste the value into **Product or Offer ID** in the Cademí delivery.

**Product or offer:** use the product ID when every offer releases the same content. Use the offer ID, in a delivery of its own, when one offer releases something different from the others (an extra bonus, for example).

**Offer code:** the **Product or Offer ID** field also accepts the offer code, with letters and numbers, the same one shown in the checkout link.

## 3. Set up the webhook

1. In the Ticto dashboard, open **Tictools > Webhooks** and click **Criar Novo Webhook** (Create new webhook).
2. Pick the product that will send the sales.
3. Use version **2.0** and the **JSON** format.
4. If the product has an order bump, select **Enviar Order Bump - Combo SEPARADAMENTE** (send the order bump bundle separately). That way each product in the purchase reaches Cademí with its own ID.
5. In **URL**, paste the **Postback URL** of the delivery.
6. Select all events.
7. Click **Salvar** (Save) and, in Cademí, save the delivery.

**One webhook per product:** Ticto sets up the webhook product by product. Repeat these steps for each product you deliver through Cademí.
